Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 15 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original brand box along with the authenticity certificate, invoice, and all protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our logistics partner collects the parcel, our expert gemologists will inspect the item to verify its condition and diamond/gold specifications.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Upon successful verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or an exchange credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
